What is the Shelter Pulse Initiative?
Shelter Pulse is a project partnership between the Rural Development Network (RDN) and the Mountain Rose Centre (MRC) to develop a centralized online database of feminist, trauma-informed policies for rural women’s shelters across Canada.
An Online Policy Database for Women’s Shelters
Shelter Pulse is currently developing a centralized database of feminist, trauma-informed policies with rural Canadian Women’s shelters in mind. This tool will allow Women’s shelters across Canada to search and select specific policies, and create a customized policy manual for their organization.
